-Meh. Just as I was having fun, too. Fine, then, allow me to give my brief:

Rule 301 says that a player who is a Toad (or Penguin) may not move of their own free will.

Rule 815 (The Force) states that players may spend 8 Force to move a carryable object not in the possesion of another player to a legal square up to three spaces from that player.

Rule 301 defers to all rules which contradict it.

You misread section C, methinks:
 C. Deference

This section, and all sections preceding it in this rule, defer to any and all rules or sections of rules which specifically contradict them.

That's so that the basics can be overridden. The definition of toad, however, is not in that section, nor in any section preceding that section.

Given that 301 and 815 clearly contradict each other, that means that 815 takes precedence over 301 and players may move themselves via the Force.

In addition, players using the Force to lift themselves are not moving of their own free will, which is banned by the definition of Toads, but are moving of their Force powers, according to the definition of "of" on www.m-w.com ("used as a function word to indicate the cause, motive, or reason <died /of/ flu>").

You use the Force of your own free will; this moves you. Thus, you have moved as a direct result of your free will. In general, to take an action "of one's own free will" is synonymous with taking an action "voluntarily"; since you have to choose to Force Lift yourself, that's free will for ya.

Therefore, this CFI is clearly FALSE.

If that doesn't convince the to-be-assigned judge, I can always try bribery.-

You try and bribe the judge, and I'll take all your points and throw you off the grid, penguin boy. Or better yet, drop you off by your Monolith, blow it up, and then take you again and take all your points and throw you off the Grid. :P

I've been musing for nweeks about what to do if I ever got my hands on a Toad... you probably don't want to give me an excuse to try any of it :D
