Mine don't. The List-Id: header is appended when the message gets sent to you. 
So, the nomicmarket one would have:
List-Id: The Nomic Market <nomicmarket.nomic.net>
And the bnomic one:
List-Id: discussion list for B Nomic <spoon-discuss.nomic.net>
