I was wondering that myself.  I believe that Glotmorf believes that this 
proposal changes the win condition from charm to style; it does not.  What 
this proposal changes is what you get from drinking Tequila.  So you can 
still win with charm, but you can't drink Tequila to get charm.

I would like some way to counter a Zealot other than joining em.  His 
Zealotry should not make em all-powerful.  Hmm.  I think I voted for this 
proposal, but I'm going to call for shelving it now.
