One last msg before I go, then:

'Points' could refer to any attribute that comes in points, be it score,
bandwidth, or Force; I could see the case being made that this is an
ambiguous reference, and therefore should be interpreted based on its
context, which suggests that the points in question are Force points.

If Force points are being spent, then it is a Force Ability, as a Force
Ability is any action players can perform which costs Force Points.
