A corrolary to this argument is that since the rules defined the existence of the Administrator, and then says the Administrator is David E. Smith, that means "David E. Smith" is an alias for the Administrator.  Therefore, there already existed an entity known as David E. Smith, so Orc's renaming emself to be David E. Smith is a violation of the uniquely identifying names rule.
