E changed eir name back to Wonko immidiatly afterwards.  Eir name at the 
time was WMNV for the Secret Mookies scam.

I'm not going through the email either, but it was something like this:

"I change my name to Yoda
I change my name to Wonko
I issue a CFI saying my name was never Yoda"

Whatever the ruling of the CFI, eir name was immidiatly changed to Wonko, 
well before the Jedi Gremlin came into existance.

While I too would be entertained by Wonko being turned into a half-Gremlin, 
it appears it won't happen this time around.
*Gets an idea* hmm, maybe someone could make a prop that turns someone into 
a new gremlin.  I'd vote for it.  Just make sure the Gremlin Fund is off 
limits to that particular gremlin...
