I was meaning to write a list of 'default destructors' for various Grid
Objects. I've even got some handwritten crud somewhere for a bunch of
things. I think that's more or less what your suggesting here; want me to
try and find my notes?

Sure. I only have some things saying 'then X has a catastrophe' right now, and much is in my head. Anything you have would help.
