A further note on this...The passage of this proposal will have the net effect of giving The Voice points, and that's about it, since I'll very likely re-create M-Tek as a player action the following nweek.

On the off-chance that this proposal passes, and in case Iain isn't available to join M-Tek II, who out there might want to trade eir low entropy and unused bandwidth for charm, activity and points?
