May I ask why? Basically, I'm trying to suspend the game in a useful way

(By the way, I don't think you can actually vote on this or anything else
until the ballot comes out later today. Preemptive voting hasn't passed
yet, and I'm hoping it won't, because it'll be a royal pain in the ass for
me. :)
