Aren't I entitled to my own hypocracy? :)

The one serious argument I could muster for Ministry fees is that a Minister is helping the Administrator run the game, and is getting a fee for it, and the running of the game is a task that continues with or without Wins, Entropy resets or states of emergency.  But if there's enough public outcry I won't fight not getting the points.

Though if we're starting with totally fresh stats, should we re-elect Ministers too?
