Hey!  I was counting on that Ministry payment!  Right now it's up to 12 -- one for the insta-rule the Pig et, six for the insta-rules killed (all of them, because of the Win),  four for the insta-rules created (also because of the Win) and one for the one bd declared after the end of nweek 16.
