These are not official voting results, because they don't yet include any
of the score changes. Nothing's been modified on the roster yet, and the
Clock is still Off (per Rule 3).

But I thought you folks might appreciate a sneak peek. (This will also
give everyone a chance to make sure their votes were correctly recorded,
blah blah blah.)

Official results will probably come out sometime this evening. I'll try to
get to it before 7 pm (my time) so that the Clock stoppage is only one
day.

I've already posted all the relevant rules changes, and some
not-yet-officially-recognized proposals and stuff. It's all on the Web
page, even though officially it doesn't exist yet.
