No it doesn't.  Since e is using a nonstandard, nonregulated form of delimiters, it doesn't matter what e puts in those tags as long as the intent is clear.  E could have just as easily put <flaming gremlin named Bruce> in there and it would have been valid.

Now, if you wanted to propose a rule that whoever invokes Bruce in whatever form on the public forum gets visited by it, that would make things more entertaining...
