Okay, fine, let's pretend that your action was both legal and recognized.

If everyone except you has forfeited, then you're the only player.

As the plaintiff, you're ineligible to judge your own CFJ.

Rule 127 says, [[ if that happens ]] all players are eligible...

but...

Rule 126 takes precedence over it, and it declares you ineligible because
you're also the player with the highest score (again, assuming everyone
else did in fact forfeit).

So, since nobody can actually judge your CFJ, there's no point in
assigning it a serial number.
