Sorry, my mistake again. Yes, judgement has been passed on RFJ#42, but it
still needs to be added to the judgements archive.

That leaves Chess on RFJ#37, Poulenc on RFJ#40 and Joel on RFJ#41. Have I
missed any of those judgements too? Note that Chess ruled on RFJ#37 but sent
it to the 'discuss' list so officially it didn't count.
