spoon-discuss: RE: spoon-business: Revision to P396

Only thing I see odd about allowing a player to add emself as a player,
which can later be rescinded, is that the player could add a good proposal,
no one notice that the player isn't a real player -- the player could be
removed from the roster (due to non-consent) but the items stick around, not
having been proposed by a player it could lead to a rule which isn't a rule,
etc.

I would like to revise Proposal 396, "Expediency of Player Creation", to
read
as follows:

1. Add a rule entitled "Player Self-Creation" with the following text:

"An agent may create a Motion to Add emself by publicly indicating that e
would
like to join the game, and indicating the name e would like to be known by."

2. In Rule 210, change the words "three-day unanimous consent" to "two-day
unanimous consent".
