That doesn't matter, see Rule 124:
"A Judgment shall guide interpretation of the Rules until such time as a
subsequent Judgment contradicts it."

So that means that Joel's judgement guided play until you passed your
judgement. Now your's superseeds Joel's and should be used to guide play.
