Can I just check that I understood that. Rule 3 states that 00:00:00 is the
beginning of the day, so the game started at the 00:00:00 on October 2nd,
voting started at the beginning of October 9th, and voting ends at the
beginning of October 12th, or more precisely at the end (23:59:59) of
October 11th. Is that right?
