Interestingly enough, his reasoning contradicts his ruling.  (After 
Kortbeins response to Joel's RFJ)  It says clearly that Benjamin is a 
player in the judgement.  However, he should not be listed on the roster 
according to the ruling.

Odd, eh? :)
