Proposal

I move to the Loitering Zone.

I propose to amend Rule 8 by changing the following text:

Players may not move while in the Loitering Zone.
}}
to
{{
A Player entering the Loitering Zone cannot move to another zone until 24 hours have elapsed.
}}
