These are the rules of Calvinball as of right before I posted that:

R1 (protected): The name of this game is Calvinball.

R2 (protected): A Player of Calvinball is a person who is bound by the
Rules. Any person who has ever read this sentence is a Player.

R3 (protected): Game Actions can be performed by any Player by sending
an email message to spoon-calvinball@xxxxxxxxx containing a clear
description of the action that is being performed.

R4 (protected): Any Player can, as a Game Action at any time, enact,
repeal, or amend an Unprotected Rule.

R5 (protected): In a conflict between two rules or more rules,
Protected Rules always take precedence over Unprotected Rules. In a
conflict between two or more rules of the same protection, the rule
which was most recently enacted or amended takes precedence over the
other(s), unless there is a non-conflicting claim that a particular
rule supersedes or defers to another in the text of the rules, in
which case this claim shall be enforced.

R6 (protected): Any Player may propose the Amendment, Repeal, or
Enacting of a Protected Rule, or a change in the protection of an
existing rule, as a Game Action. After such a proposal has been made,
any Player may Support or Object to this proposal as a Game Action
within 72 hours. If, after this time, a greater number of Players
have Supported the Proposal than have Objected to it, the proposal
shall take its intended effect. Otherwise, the Proposal shall have no
effect.

R7: There exists a Zone called the End Zone. Players can only receive
points if they are in the End Zone. Dancing outside the End Zone is
prohibited.

R8 (protected): There exists a Zone called the Loitering Zone,
surrounding the End
Zone. Players may not receive points in the Loitering Zone. Players may
not move while in the Loitering Zone. A player may not enter the End
Zone without passing through the Loitering Zone.

R9: There exists a Zone called the Neutral Zone. Players in the Neutral
Zone shall not have opinions on anything.

Hose is in the Neutral Zone. I believe that's the only defined
gamestate at the moment.
