I enact the following Unprotected Rule:

Game Actions can also be performed by any Player by an announcement in
the channel ##nomic on the freenode IRC network containing a clear
description of the action that is being performed.
 
"also" implies that there is some other way to perform game actions. Is this for Calvinball? Because I don't think there are currently any rules. If it's for paprika, you're very late. If it's for B, this isn't a forum.
 
I hope it's for Calvinball.
