I submit these proposals:

Proposal(__Time Travel, Eh?__) {{
  Perform these actions in this sequence:

  1. Colour all proposals named __Time Travel, Eh?__ such that the
  number of letters in the colour of the proposal modulo 4 is the same
  as the number of Players who voted FOR on that proposal.

  2. If Proposal 1-11 passed then add the text {{[[This causes proposal
  1-7 to have had no effect]]}} after action 3 in this proposal.

  3. Change, before the end of 8E.1.12, the text of Proposal 1-7 such
  that the penultimate word in it is "that".

Green Proposal(__What Happens If It Eats Itself?__) {{
  Add to the all proposals named __Time Travel, Eh?__ the text: {{

  4. Change the votes of every player on 1-0 to be 'FOR' at all points
  in the past.

     interpretation of the rules other than that known as B' incorrect ]]

Red Proposal(__Quorum__) {{
  Add to proposal 2-2 the following text {{

    Add to section 4 this rule:

    Rule(__Quorum__) {{
      Quorum for a Proposal is the square root of the number of players.
    }}

    Modify the text of rule 4-6 to read {{
    At the end of nday 12 of each nweek, for each Open Proposal, if
    there exist a Quorum of Players whose Final Vote on that Proposal
    was FOR, and there were more such players than Players whose Final
    Vote on that Proposal was AGAINST then that Proposal becomes Passed.

    Otherwise if there exist a Quorum of Players whose Final Vote on
    that Proposal was AGAINST then that Proposal becomes Failed.

    Otherwise that Proposal becomes Postponed.
