This is CFI 100. As Attorney Generalist, I encourage all Players listed in the 
Roster to read Rule 125, regarding the new (old) CFI procedure, and Rule 15, 
regarding the new (old) voting procedure. All Players listed in the Roster may 
vote on CFI 100 (except Wooble, because e submitted it).


Please note that all votes on CFI 100 must be public votes to count. Voting ends 
at 00:00:00 UTC February 1 2011 (that's the start of Feb 1, not the end).

Also note that, since the Minister of Justice doesn't need to assign a Judge 
anymore (we all judge together), you don't need to wait for a serial number to 
be assigned before you can vote.
