I'd be inclined to repeal at least one right away for simplicity's
sake (though I like the look of all of them, and I've actually played
PGo the last time around and can affirm that it was good fun), but I
figure that's a matter for non-Emergency procedures.

I like this suggestion.

I amend my RP by replacing the text {{Destroy all players}} with
{{Cause all players to cease becoming players}} and appending the
following text to the end:

{{Set the value of the nweek to 1000 and the value of the nday to 1.}}
