The arguments here hinge on whether or not there are any rules. If
there aren't, then I haven't been assigned this CFI, so TRUE would be
a rather paradoxical judgement for me to render. Besides, in the
absence of a specific definition of rules in the ruleset we must use
the word's actual meaning. In this case it's blatantly obvious what
the rules are; in particular it is self-evident that the things in the
ruleset are rules, but I am not.
