The registration rule allows a broad range of communications for becoming
a player, mainly to avoid bad first impressions: so that we don't alienate a
new player by being overly picky. So in general variations in tone should
be judged liberally and be taken to work. However, it is also possible to
consider context and intent. The message in question did not fit the forms
or look like a clear action or desire of any type, and more importantly in
a subsequent message Kenner Gordon revealed that e was specifically
attempting to be obfuscating in the message. Allowing reasonable attempts
to work is appropriate, allowing the boundaries of obfuscation to be pushed
too far is not. Taking this context into consideration, FALSE.

YES e is (or was). Seems trivial.

-Goethe.
