I award myself a Cyan ribbon.  I award myself a White ribbon.

I sit up.

I submit the following CFJ: {{Messages sent to

I deputise for the CotC to assign this CFJ to myself.

I judge this CFJ TRUE.  All of the current players are subscribed to
spoon-business, so a message sent via the list is equivalent to a
message sent to each player individually; the use of the list is a
technical means of sending to multiple players at the same time.

I publish an NoV accusing myself of violating R1868, a power 2 rule,
by assigning a poorly qualified judge to the above CFJ.  I contest
this NoV.  If a criminal CFJ is initiated regarding this NoV, I argue
that GUILTY/DISCHARGE is an appropriate judgement.

I award myself a Blue Ribbon.

I vote AGAINST Proposal 1945; the privilege of doing what one wilt is
Considered Harmful.
