I submit the following proposal (if the Cabal doesn't just delete it
with their RP, which they can't do if comex is right about the Pause
being 8, which I think e is):

Win By Majority
Trigger: One or more players are not and never have been named by any
of the strings J, Murphy, ais523, 0x44, or Billy Pilgrim.
Victors: All players who have never had one of the aforementioned
strings as their names.
Prize: A Medallion of Majoritarianism
Cleanup: The section of this rule labeled "Win By Majority" is removed.}

I will amend this proposal upon hearing evidence that I have the list
of Cabalists wrong.
