Another possible bone of contention which might as well be gotten out of the
way:

I submit the following Consultation, naming Rev. Ignoratio Elenchi, KHS as
Unbeliever:

Question: Does Rev. Ignoratio Elenchi, KHS have m130?

Reasoning:

((In the message containing eir request to become a Player, but in a
sentence after the one in which e actually made the request, Rev. Ignoratio
Elenchi, KHS named himself and Peter as Players responsible for his desire
to join the game. These Players should therefore get to split the m60
recruitment bonus evenly, as per Rule 5E18.

The Rule in question, however, specifies that "current" Players may be
named, and that they must be so named "in" the request to become a Player.
We may consider that Rev. Ignoratio Elenchi, KHS's message either consisted
of a single request to become a Player, which contained the naming of
himself and Peter. We may alternatively consider that his message consisted
of a request to become a Player, followed by the naming of himself and
Peter. If we accept the former scenario, I think that the recruitment bonus
was not awarded because Rev. Ignoratio Elenchi, KHS was not a current Player
at the time he made the request. If we accept the latter scenario, I think
that the recruitment bonus was not awarded because Rev. Ignoratio Elenchi,
KHS did not name himself and Peter in the request itself, but afterwards.

Note that in the first scenario evoked, the question of whether Peter
received any mack is still up in the air even if Rev. Ignoratio Elenchi, KHS
did not.))
