[s-b] Update Vampires

I wish to update my proposal.

Insert at the end two lines:

A Vampire may "fly" up to ten squares. Flying is taken to be otherwise exactly the same as moving.

This Rule takes precedence over all rules that determine damage done by attacks, health gain and movement.
