[s-b] Contract: Guess 2/3 Challenge!

I create to the following Contract and become a party to it:

Only the Player named Billy Pilgrim (who had that name at the time of this
Contract's creation) may become a party to this Contract. No other entity
may do so. Any party to this Contract may cease to be a party to it by
announcement to B Nomic's Public Forum.

The text of this Contract may never be changed.

Any Player of B Nomic may, until the end of nday 8 of nweek 152, privately
submit to Billy Pilgrim a single GUESS, which may not be revised, and which
must be an integer between 0 and 100 (inclusive).

The winner will be considered to be the Player whose GUESS is closest (in
absolute value) to two thirds of the average GUESS submitted by all Players
who have submitted GUESSES by the end of nday 8 of nweek 152. Multiple
Players may be considered to be winners if and only if their GUESSES are
equally close to two thirds of the average GUESS submitted by all Players,
and no other GUESS is closer.

At the end of nday 8 of nweek 152, Billy Pilgrim is obliged to give a number
of macks, equivalent to that winner's guess, to each winner. The only
situation in which Billy Pilgrim is not so obliged is if there are multiple
winners and the sum of their GUESSES is superior to 100.
