In the interest of treating Agora right good forever:

I post the following Motion in the Burgundy Corporation:

I vote FOR.  I resolve this motion; it has passed.

I intend, with the consent of the holders of a majority of FPB, to
cause the Burgundy Corporation to cease to be a party to the IIB.

I consent.

I cause the Burgundy Corporation to cease to be a party to the IIB.

The IIB is unambiguously not a person, and has never been a
first-class person.  I deregister it from Agora.
