I was referring to the Quorums out on my own head. I can't recall the
specific numbers.

The one in which the Death Penalty was considered failed both times due to
a) Twinship and b) Balloons. There has definitely not been any punishment
assigned in that case.

The others are a bit more ambiguous. There was an attempt made to assign
fines of m500 for each of those quorums, but whether that attempt succeeded
or failed is up in the air, I think. Might need a consultation on that. What
I do know is that the assignment (or not) of these fines did not result in
my paying them or losing any macks, since I had none.

Before the fan is hit, I do the following:

I Purchase A Dozen Weather Balloons for m50.
