today, Agoran Silly Hat day:

I intend, without Objection, to Cause the Beast to Learn the following Trick
(Timing = Anytime), known as "Trash Talk Agora":

"The Beast temporarily becomes Minister of Foreign Relations, sends a mildly
offensive message to Agora (composed and sent for him by the Ranger), and
immediately vacates this Minister and reinstates the last Minister of
Foreign Relations (if any)."
