Change the effect of the trick "Devour" to read:

A randomly selected (by the Ranger using nomic.net's Dice Server)
Non-Essential Rule is threatened by the beast. After a Jiffy, that rule
ceases to exist unless during that time a total of 600 macks have been given
to the Beast by other Players to satiate its hunger.

[[The point of this is to make Devour something that takes real opposition
and, presumably, some player cooperation (unless anyone wants to go it alone
and pay m600) to prevent. At m50 by a single player, any single player in
opposition to removal of a rule can pay the beast off without breaking a
sweat... too easy]]
