Now... I just realized that Ivan Hope's RPG bring-back proposal
clobbered the Gandhi Pita change I had made a while back. So I must
split m100 between the living active players who have caused the least
total HP reduction.

By my count, they are the following:

Charles - Don't think he ever hurt anyone.
Sillyman - Joined after the RPG rule was gone.
Ivan Hope - Same deal.
Wooble - Also.
The Beast - Also.

If you have any evidence to the contrary, please come forward (I mean
especially for Charles, though I haven't found any evidence of him
hurting anyone. It's m20 for each of them! Congrats, guys.
