I amend my Proposal, entitled "The Rapier is gone", to read:

In Rule 11, replace

When created, the Value of an Instance is its Attribute's Default Value

with

When created, or when the Value of the Instance cannot be determined by other Rules, the Value of an Instance is its Attribute's Default Value
}
Set the gamestate to what it would be if the above change had occured at the beginning of nweek 139.
