wins that auction. Also, really, nothing says I ever stop being lucky dog.
Do we ever get a situation where 4-5 players are all lucky dogs and everyone
ends up with 1.5 vote power?]]

[[I think the idea is neat and timely, but I think it makes for too many
possible combinations. We go from 2^4 (16) possible combos, which is only a
little more than the number of active players, to 2^6 (64) possible combos,
which makes it quite unlikely to get twins. I do think the idea of paying
for certain mutations is a good one, though.]]
