As Oracle, I wield the Staff of ZOT and ZOT Consultation 68, submitted by
myself.

Reasoning:
1) Priest 0x4461736864617368 has requested that I ZOT this Consultation, as
the question was not posed in a form answerable by YES or NO.
2) I deem this Consultation to be no longer relevant. It was intended to
challenge the attempted creation, by Artisan Hose, of a Blueprint which has
already been defeated by receiving two Objections.
