[s-b] proposal: fixing 2-5 for the billionth time

i propose the following:

Title: will I ever get it right ?

In rule 2-5 replace all occurrences of the words "true" and "false" with
"yes" and "no" respectively, maintaining the current capitalization.

add the following text to the section "The Answer" in rule 2-5

For the purposes of answering Consultations the words "True", 
"Affirmative" and "Correct" are to be considered synonymous with "Yes", 
and the words "False", "Negative" and "Incorrect" are to be considered 
synonymous with "No".
