[s-b] Stats up to end of nweek 108

Distracted by the Panickers of yore, I missed this.
 
At the end of the first checking period of nweek 108,
the following player's Calm fell from 6 to 5:
Antonio,
pronoblem,
rachel,
Raelus.
 
By 10-4, Eir Strength, Nimbleness and Acuity are
each reduced by one (all 6 to 5).
 
At the end of the second period of nweek 108,
Charles' Calm fell from 6 to 5.
Eir Skills drop accordingly:
Strength: 9 to 8
Nimbleness: 6 to 5
Acuity: 8 to 7.
 
In Training, Charles gained one point each of:
Nimbleness: 5 to 6,
Acuity: 7 to 8.
 
Note that I did grant the sixth training. APs were 
not impacted by 10-4.
 
I think this gets me up to the last period of the nweek.
