I have to assume all responsibility for this faux pas.
My (and Players in general) apathy lately has caused
an oversight on my part.
I have failed to take into account the less than 1/5th
clause of 10-4 which reduces action points and must
address this AS SOON AS MY TAXES ARE DONE!

I recognize this Action, however, as your Calm was reduced
to 5 last period end (nweek108-nday9) you can only train 5x.
I'll grant the five. Dice to follow. I'll post the dice, but beyond
that, I probably have research to do as to past postings calling
for my action.
