Hmm. I have an off-site mail server for cooperjr.name (GeekISP is
wonderful), and I'm still getting used to things and setting up
my mail program. (And until my mail programs are all set up, I'm
using their webmail interface.) Somehow, I managed to delete that
message, and I found it in my Trash folder.

In any event, that bribery is recognized, which gives 10 of Wonko's
Genechips to the Voting Gremlin. The result of the prop doesn't
change, as Wonko mentioned.
