If Superpowers aren't defined, then create two new classes in rule 3-19:

== Artificer ==

When an Artificer attempts to Forge a Talisman of a type whose price requires Genechips, only half that many Genechips (rounded up) are required. This does not apply to Unique Talismans.

A Smelter may, once per period, destroy a Talisman e possesses to gain Genechips equal to one third of the Genechips in that Talisman's price, rounded up. Unique Talismans may not be destroyed in this manner.

Type: Mechanical
 Appearance:: An oddly shaped metal helmet. The bits of it that poke your head ensure that you can't relax or concentrate.
 Effects:: If your Alertness would drop below 2, it becomes 2. While you have this Talisman, your Acuity is treated as though it were 3 less than it actually is.

== Puzzling Contraption ==

Price: 30GC
Rarity: Rare
Type: Mechanical
 Appearance:: A curious amalgam of tubes, wires, and gears. It is very hard to see how they all connect. Looking down some of the tubes, you can see a faint green glow inside the thing, but you have no idea what it is or how
it works.
 Effects:: No player may use a Puzzling Contraption unless their Acuity is 10 or higher.
 5A: Create a Puzzle Pod at your location.
 30A: Choose a Puzzle Pod. One nday after you trigger this ability, you are moved to the location of the chosen Puzzle Pod; this destroys that Pod. If the Pod in question is held by a player, then that player loses 10 Health and drops the Pod before you are moved there. If for any reason you can't be moved to that location (for example, if it would cause multiple players to be in the Closet), then none of the above effects happen and instead you lose 10 health and the Puzzling Contraption is destroyed.

== Puzzle Pod ==

Price: N/A
Rarity: N/A
Type: Mechanical
 Appearance:: A small metal sphere. Upon close examination, there are hundreds of little tiny cracks in it, suggesting that it can fold open somehow. 
 Effects:: None (See Puzzling Contraption).
