[s-b] [Grid] Add-ons

I purchase 100 Fort Sections for 100GC.
I purchase 2 Capacitors for 150GC.
I purchase Advanced Targeting for 100GC.

Thought: Maybe rather than a continuous game, the Grid should be divided
into rounds. Each round, every player would get one Fort of 150 Sections
and would get to keep a single Addon from the preceding Round, and the
Round would continue until only one Fort remained. Good or bad?
