If it hasn't already been done, rename the current 'Rules with no section' section title to: 'Subgames'.

Move any rules that dont qualify as 'subgames' to a new section. If none exists create one with the temporary name of: 'Rules With No Section!'

Give the greater half of any items earned from the passing of this proposal to eugman (Eugene).
