Amend the last paragraph of rule 4-2 to read:

At the beginning of the Voting Period, the Grammar Nazi must publish a list of all violations of the above rules in all Open Proposals.

When a proposal passes, the player who created it recieves one Suck Point for each violation of the above rules in that proposal [[If nobody catches you, though, you get off free]].

At the beginning of each nweek, each player with 10 or more Suck Points loses 10 Suck Points and receives a Grammatical Burn. This process is repeated until no player has 10 or more Suck Points.

A player may spend 1A at any time to have 5 Suck Points taken away from them.

The Grammar Nazi may fix violations of the above rules in Open Proposals by Referendum.
