Destroy all copies of Tournament Russian Roulette and of Tax the Poor. For each card so destroyed that was in a player's hand, deal one card to that player from the Deck.

[[ TRR takes too long, is too complicated, and is in general not worth player; Tax the Poor will almost never have any effect except to smite new players who have no cards. Tax also makes reference to Kicks in the Ass, which no longer exist.]]
