Amend the Platonism mandate to read as follows:

Platonists believe in perfecting things. A Platonist may vote four times FOR
any proposal which was shelved on a previous ballot, provided that proposal
has since been amended. A platonist may not vote AGAINST more proposals on a
ballot than e votes to SHELVE, as e would rather things had a chance to
become closer to the ideal.
